The Vice President of Marketing & Communications strategically plans, monitors, and oversees earned revenue generation of subscription, group and single ticket sales, customer service, cooperative marketing, and other sales activities. They guide public relations and communications, as well as support the Vice President of Advancement in maximizing messaging that maintains a positive brand image for, and content distributed and published by, the organization. The Vice President of Marketing & Communications oversees key ticketing and customer service staff, supports sales and strategic initiatives, and achieves short- and long-term goals.
