Longwood Gardens is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to lead our talented team of Marketing experts. This individual will be supporting the marketing objectives of Longwood Gardens related to revenue-generating and audience development initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing marketing plans to reach new audiences, achieve revenue goals, and promote and sell the various programs of the Gardens
Overseeing the Membership program with 82,000 member households, digital marketing including web, social, and mobile initiatives, and data analysis
Developing institutional strategies and programs that facilitate innovation and have cross-departmental impact as well as providing leadership in long-range planning and program development
Championing data and technology initiatives that impact the guest experience and result in incremental sales, working collaboratively with internal departments to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges
Creating opportunities for strategic partnerships and relationships
Becoming a brand ambassador, ensuring cohesion, world-class quality, and excellence in all Longwood expressions
