Join our newly formed team on the ground floor as a motivated learner with an interest in Cloud, Sales and Marketing IT Systems supporting Global Business teams across the enterprise.

This exciting role will also offer training and support in pursuing Salesforce certifications.

Key areas of focus will include:

• Salesforce Marketing and Sales/Service Cloud administration including user access management and report execution
• Participating in the building of Customer Journeys
• Implementation of these Journeys via specific marketing campaigns
• Monitoring system performance, performing health checks and verifing our integrations of our Cloud instances and ensuring the stability of the platforms

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

REQUIRED  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Management Systems.
• 1 year experience in IT related role
• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment
• 1 year of of experience learning new technologies, frameworks, design patterns, and application/security best practices.

PREFERRED

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred.
• Knowledge in managing Marketing Cloud security including roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups.
• Understanding Marketing Cloud apps such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Social Studio, Mobile Connect, Audience Builder, Advertising Studio and Journey Builder
• Good communication skills & time management.
