Develop a MarTech roadmap to deliver best in class customer journeys in line to business objectives, driving key outcomes of ROI, efficiency and automation
Directly manage the efficiency, data driven performance tracking capabilities in delivering a data driven funnel analysis that is able to identify all digital engagements, leads acquisition and lead journeys
Enabling ROI models for digital engagement, acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid media and owned media (eDMs, DBS proprietary platforms)
Develop and own the methodical process in campaign data analysis pre and post to ensure a weekly, monthly, quarterly + post reporting tied to KPIs and business outcomes
Work cross functionally across departments (internal and external) to coordinate all processes needed to develop, implement and execute effective strategies across marketing efforts
Understand impact from experiments defined by multiple variants to include multi touch (omnichannel) implementation
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure technology stack and tagging are in-place to ensure visibility of data through the user journey
Partner closely with respective external digital and media agencies to drive alignment with our goals
Engage with key MarTech/paid media platforms/providers to ensure DBS IBG has the knowledge to the latest technology opportunities to identify growth opportunities
Develop best practice to share with in-country marketing teams in India, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong
Be the interface between Marketing and Technology teams to build the capabilities related to MarTech, including evaluation, recommendation on build vs. buy, budgeting, testing, rollout and governance.
Areas of focus: - Seamless collaboration - This is a collaborative role where your stakeholders span across internal teams such as performance marketing, data, data modelling, tech, CX, UX, content, technology, innovation, business teams where you have a seat at the table to contribute on a cohesive strategy to drive optimisation and automation. External agencies need to be aligned with our overall business outcome. Outcome driven strategy - Developing a MarTech roadmap, standardise MarTech success metrics, design the MarTech operating model, governance structure for DBS IBG in line with our policies and guidelines. Enabling Data driven decision making - You are responsible to orchestrate MarTech data availability and analysis for effective decision making, provide insights that will drive optimisation, targeting, segmentation and messaging. Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with 5 to 10 years' experience in MarTech, played an instrumental role in rolling out MarTech stack in large organisations
Local / Regional Banking and Finance experience is highly recommended for smoother transition into the role
Deep understanding of formulating and implementing strategic for digital, search and social initiatives with specialisation in AdTech and MarTech, media planning and broad digital media channels
Excellent project management experience working in the digital industry either from Banking, Fintech, agency, consulting, system integrator, teams' side or product vendor.
Great project management abilities and team leadership capabilities - experienced in motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources with strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes and tools.
Ability to work with senior business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment - highly collaborative and ability to execute seamlessly of cross-functional initiatives
Experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience presenting to teams and / or internal stakeholders.
Highly adaptable and strong ability to develop logical and data backed recommendations to cross functional leaders and senior management
Foster excellent relationships across the cross functional teams to support collaboration efforts
Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment.
