Nemours is seeking a Regional Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications (Full-Time) to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware.
The Regional Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications will be responsible for leading the development and execution of all marketing strategies in the Delaware Valley market with the goals of enhancing the Nemours brand, and supporting strategies that align with the key areas of focus including: organizational business growth, partner/affiliate relationship development, thought leadership positioning and audience engagement strategies. Key to the success of this role is the application of expertise in market research, business analysis, and communications, digital and marketing strategy.
This position will serve as a key member of Delaware Valley leadership team, as well as the enterprise marketing and communications leadership team, to help develop and leverage best practices across the system.
10 % Travel will be required to regional locations (Jacksonville & Orlando).
Greater than twelve (12) years experience that include leading and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans and strategies within a corporate or agency environment.
Several years of experience leading functional teams of strategists.
Demonstrated expertise in creating successful marketing automation or acquisition.
Working with senior leadership to identify new growth strategies and partnerships, PR campaign strategies, and up to speed with current audience engagement strategies.
Marketing Leadership experience and healthcare industry expertise.
Proven experience in marketing analytics, CRM, digital and direct marketing.
Differentiated and impact driven creative development capability and agency management.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to actively listen and respond in a timely manner.
Ability to balance innovation with the use of proven practices.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and strong relationships.
Maintains a positive and supportive attitude and demeanor.
Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information.
