Complete help desk ticket requests for marketing-related functions, and reassigning tickets that are not marketing-related.
Adhere to a 24-48 hour turn-around time, working closely with the national marketing team and other appropriate departments.
Ongoing analysis of tickets to find opportunities to provide more education and support to communities and regional marketing teams.
Responsible for setting up new accounts and/or users for national marketing programs and initiatives such as Chatmeter, Google Analytics, Updater, Ellis and Kingsley survey programs, and others.
Marketing Program Account Setup and Management
Set up new accounts for properties as part of a community transition or ongoing marketing efforts.
Audit mandatory marketing programs to ensure community compliance and removing communities no longer managed.
Assist with billing to ensure accuracy.
Core Marketing Operation Systems
In partnership with National Marketing and Systems Managers, work with Property Management Software (PMS) and Resident Portal (RP) systems (i. e. Entrata, RealPage products, Yardi) to ensure success of integrations, data feeds, and be a primary contact for these systems for specific marketing-related issues or needs. Examples of marketing-related issues are defined as:
Setup of online leasing for portal systems
Setups of integration links and maintenance if errors are found
Basic functionality of websites if they are from the same PMS/RP
Corporate website integrations related to properties and external links
API functionality for new and existing vendors
Website Domain Management
Assist the IT help desk with domain management through audits and communication with the regional marketing directors.
Set up new website profiles, create and install tracking code, and work with the marketing department and external agencies to ensure code has been installed.
Maintain user account access and add/remove LPC leadership such as VPs, RPMs, property ownership groups, and others to the reporting as requested.
Work with national marketing team on updates as necessary.
