Job Description & Accountability
This position is responsible for overall Young Professionals customer segment acquisition programmes and segment related product marketing including Secured Loans and Investments.
Work closely with Customer Franchise, Product owners, Sales, Compliance and Legal and external stakeholders (like fund houses) to plan, develop and implement marketing programs that drive customer acquisitions, leads generation and revenue while strengthening the segment brand proposition. Marketing programs may include customer seminars, gifting etc.
Work with creative and media agencies to develop effective marketing collaterals for all touchpoints while leveraging on an optimal media mix.
Responsible for the Digital Marketing functions - responsive web page, mobile app and email communications.
Create and deliver exciting digital/social content that drives awareness, encourage engagement and generate leads.
Work closely with the Analytics and Digital teams for more effective customer targeting and to monitor and track campaign performance and results to aid learnings for future campaigns.
Monitor, track and optimize allocated marketing budgets and marketing initiatives to achieve agreed yearly business targets.
At least 8 years of marketing communications experience
Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business
Strong branding/design sense with business acumen
Tenacious and results-oriented
Excellent project and people management skills with an attention to details
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
